Registering
Tuition: $310
Please fill out the online registration form linked below. Make sure to download the conflict calendar, also linked below, to upload with your registration.
You can also download a paper registration form below and mail it in with a check.

Auditions/Casting
The Winter Workshop is open to students in 3rd-8th grade. All students who register for the show will be cast! We encourage all students to audition because it is a great learning experience in a no-pressure atmosphere, but it is not required unless you would like a featured role! The auditions help us make sure students are cast in the roles that will help them shine the most. If you choose not to audition, we will see you at the first rehearsal! We will provide all materials on a Google Site, which you will have access to following the info session.
Rehearsals
Rehearsals take place on Saturdays from 9am-1pm and Sundays from 12:30-4:30pm. Students will not be called to every rehearsal, and will not always be called to the whole rehearsal. Rehearsal schedules are sent out two weeks at a time, and we do our best to accommodate conflicts that we know about ahead of time, so fill out your conflict calendar carefully.
All rehearsals will take place at Swarthmore-Rutledge School.
Important Dates
Registration: Monday, September 28th registration will go live here! Please make sure to register early as space is limited.
Information Session: Saturday, October 17th at 3:30pm at Strath Haven Middle School
This is a chance for parents and students to ask any questions and for students to lear the audition dance. If you can't make it that's fine! You can email us with any questions and we will send out the link to the Google site with the audition dance.
Auditions: Sunday, October 25th at Strath Haven Middle School
Session 1: 6th-8th graders at 12:30pm
Session 2: 3rd-5th graders at 2:30pm
Students will audition in small groups, please arrive at the the start of the session. Everyone will be seen in the order they arrive.
Technical Rehearsals: Wednesday, December 9th from 4:30-8:30 and Friday, December 11th from 4:30pm-6:30pm. These rehearsals are mandatory for all cast members
Performances: Saturday, December 12th and Sunday, December 13th at 2pm.
Students will be asked to arrive appropriately 90 minutes before the shows.
